Technical Specification
Cladme™ PIR roof panels feature a trapezoidal profiled system, ensuring high load-bearing capacity with superior insulation.
Compared to mineral wool panels, PIR panels require significantly less thickness to achieve the same U-values, resulting in lighter weight, reduced transportation costs, and easier handling during installation.
Their optimized panel thickness enhances energy efficiency, reduces heat loss, and simplifies handling on-site.
Key features include:
- High-performance PIR core, delivering superior thermal insulation
- Requires less thickness than mineral wool panels for the same insulation performance, reducing overall material usage
- Durable and low-maintenance, ensuring long-lasting performance
Panel specifications include:
- Thickness options: 25 mm – 170 mm
- U-values as low as 0.13 W/m²K, ensuring energy efficiency
- Lengths up to 18.5 m
- Pitched roof: at least 3° (recommended 4°) without cross joints or at least 5° with cross joints.
- Quick and secure installation
This combination of advanced technology and high-quality materials makes Cladme™ PIR panels a durable and reliable solution for modern construction needs.
